Helping people work through their challenges to live emotionally balanced and meaningful lives is my daily inspiration.

I never cease to marvel at the resiliency of the human spirit.

As a clinical psychologist, I help adolescents, young adults, older adults, and couples work through problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and difficulty with intimacy.

I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute in 2008 and ever since I have remained dedicated to my clients’ well-being and to personally practicing the principles I espouse. In addition to my private practice, I am privileged to supervise and mentor aspiring therapists at the Chabad Treatment Center in Los Angeles.

When I’m not working, I remain engaged in the field of psychology through meeting with like-minded colleagues in professional organizations such as the Women’s Association for Addiction Treatment, Marketing and Admissions Professionals for Seniors, and the Los Angeles County Psychological Association. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and hiking in the mountains. I also am an avid reader and host a quarterly book club for mental health professionals.

Each day I look forward to making a positive impact on the lives of the people I serve. I hope to have the opportunity to help you as well.
